Your new companyI am delighted to be supporting a North East FMCG manufacturing business with the appointment of a Team Manager to join their manufacturing operations on a permanent basis.Your new roleThis role, which will be reporting to the Plant Manager, will be to lead and motivate a team to achieve success, you will lead by example and use clear and consistent communication through setting achievable expectations. As a strong leader, you will possess a number of qualities including good communication skills, empathy, and technical expertise, and develop and maintain healthy working relationships with your team.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have previous manufacturing experience within an FMCG environment, where you have effectively led and managed a team through KPI delivery, effective people management, and strong communication skills.
