Role overview:
As an Account Director, you'll bring a plethora of skills and experience working with automotive clients. You may be a Senior Account Manager ready for the next step in your career, or already an Account Director but looking for a new opportunity to learn and grow. We are looking for a B2B marketing expert with a challenger mindset, who knows exactly how to build partnerships with a client, is a dab hand at delivering strategies that achieve targets and build value. All whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly and profitably.
Responsibilities:

• You will be designing strategies that align with business objectives
• Organisation of Budgetary planning, management, and analysis
• You will measure ROI and key performance metrics
• Build trusted and collaborative relationships - internally within the organisation and externally with clients and stakeholders
• Develop new business initiatives
• Differentiate the brand in a crowded marketplace

About the candidate:

• A minimum of a bachelor's/master's degree with a 2:1 classification or above, preferably in marketing, media and communications, or any marketing affiliated degree
• You have already gained solid B2B marketing experience coupled with automotive sector exposure
• You possess strong decision-making and influencing skills and you're great at building and maintaining key client relationships
• Exceptional budgetary and negotiation skills
• Results-orientated planning prowess and management responsibility
