Key Responsibilities of a Marketing and Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate tasks and projects within the department, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and reports for departmental efficiency.
Key Competencies of a Marketing and Administrative Assistant
- Proven administrative experience, with a strong ability to coordinate tasks and manage projects.
- Good writing skills, possibly with experience in copywriting
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
