Project Administrator - Wallington

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Projects Administrator on behalf of an SME in the building maintenance industry based in Wallington. We are seeking Project Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules arranging assignment and keeping track of project progress.

Duties:

• Manage the scheduling processes to enable maximum performance
• Manage all aspects of operational administration for projects
• Keeping project files in order, including systems updated, drawings, specifications
• Producing site packs
• Ensure H&S and training needs are kept up to date
• Create and update workflows

Skills Required:

• Experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or similar
• Experience with technical documentation and schedules
• Experience with Trello or MS Project
• MUST live within commutable distance of Wallington
• Enthusiasm to grow the role as the company grows and progresses and drive the role forward
