Our client is a long-established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site Industrial & Commercial clients. They are seeking a bright outgoing enthusiastic individual for their internal administration team .
An integral part of our operations team supporting their senior administrators & consultant team. They are looking for a Change of Tenancy - Metering administrator. The Role will involve the following tasks:
- Handling of Change of Tenancy (COT) services
- Report on task progress
- Coordinate Gas/NHH AMR installs, providing monthly updates
- Project manage/support Meter installs
- Owning the liaison and performance management of metering COT process.
Skills required:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Coordination - ability to handle the administration of regular client information
- Generate and maintain regular weekly reports
- Organised - able to manage large amounts of information
- Keen eye for detail - ability to handle and review detailed information
- Organisation skills - the ability to prioritise workflows and responsibilities
- Competence in MS Office - Excel (essential), ability to sort, filter and manipulate data into template reports essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ideally experience within the Energy markets, understanding of energy/water industry would be of advantage but not essential
- On the job training in our systems will be provided
