Marketing Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to apply their expertise in administration, copywriting, and marketing to support the growth of our department.

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing and Administrative Assistant

• Coordinate tasks and projects within the department, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and reports for departmental efficiency.

Key Competencies of a Marketing and Administrative Assistant

• Proven administrative experience, with a strong ability to coordinate tasks and manage projects.
• Good writing skills, possibly with experience in copywriting
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
