We are currently recruiting for an Administrator with marketing experience to work with a business who works in the construction and facilities industry - the role will grow with the candidates who is successful and their skillset
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, dealing with engineers
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
-Creating online presence for the company
- Website development
- Compliance checks
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm there is flexibility in this
Office based
Salary depending on experience £23,000-£26,000
