This is a very exciting time to join the marketing team at King’s College, Taunton. We have an ambitious new strategy and bold new plans to step-change how we engage with our existing and new audiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will support the development and delivery of our Marketing and Communications strategy to meet our targets for admissions recruitment and retention, and support and amplify our brand and mission. You will play a major role in delivering King’s digital vision, developing key platforms to tell our stories more widely.
We are looking for a commercially minded, creative and strategic marketing professional who combines demonstrable leadership skills with an extensive Marketing and Communications background. You must be experienced in the delivery of integrated Marketing and Communications campaigns across the full range of channels, including all forms of digital media. You’ll combine an outstanding command of the English language and exceptional copywriting skills, with creative flair and imagination, and a highly organised, confident, professional and unflappable approach.
Direct experience of the education sector is not essential, but you must demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the opportunities and challenges it presents from a Marketing and comms point of view.
