- Develop and execute content for websites, social media, and campaigns to attract new team members and drive recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with directors and senior management to shape the company’s communications landscape.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives, contributing directly to the success of the organisation.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Analyse and strategise to optimise marketing efforts and report on outcomes.
- Proven experience in a social media marketing role within an organisation.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms and websites.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
