SalaryWe are recruiting for a new office-based Comms Specialist to drive the communications marketing at a vibrant and expanding client in the Newbury area, to increase brand visibility by developing captivating social media strategies. This position is available over 3 full days per week or shorter hours over 5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Comms strategy to drive brand visibility
- Managing website and social media platforms
- Marketing campaigns for different departments
- Marketing for Applied Tech (content syndication platform)
- Internal communications to keep employees informed with company news, updates and initiatives
- Working with the team to implement marketing automation
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers and optimise retention
Requirements
- Marketing Agency experience is preferrable
- Proven experience with internal Marketing Communications
- Great written and verbal ability
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
- Proven experience using communication tools and platforms
