My client is looking for someone to come in and manage Marketing and business development across their 3 sites. Working with management, you will be analysing the need of each office and then taking the appropriate actions in order to drive business. There will be 2 main focus points including attracting new recruits to the company and attracting new business. If you are someone who has some previous marketing experience and is savvy with social media, this could be a brilliant role for you.
Role responsibilities:
- Work with the management team to develop the marketing strategy and lead on its implementation
- Identify advertising and other promotional opportunities.
- Research and PRoduce company leaflets and brochures
- Establish relationships with the local media to positively raise the profile of the company
- Organise feedback and PR events
- Manage photography, photoshoots, interviews and PRess releases / press responses for PR purposes
- Use social media as a promotional and business tool in line with brand guidelines
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and take necessary actions to improve
- Promote the growth and development of the business. Work with the management team to achieve key performance targets and deliver within budget
Skills required:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience of creating, managing and implementing marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of the media and events management
- Confidence to manage business relationships at a senior level and to influence other key stakeholders
- Good business sense and budget awareness
