Office / Marketing Assistant

Our company is in need of an experienced and reliable Office / Marketing Assistant to join our team.

• The candidate should have experience in Admin & Clerical with particular experience in supporting a team with a diverse workload.
• Previous experience in a marketing environment with knowledge of SAP and Canva would be advantageous
• This is a full-time, permanent position located in the office and requires the candidate to be proficient in a wide range of marketing techniques and administrative tasks.

As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting a busy marketing team with all aspects of day to day activities including call handling, maintaining stock, proof reading marketing material and assist with copywriting. There will also be occassions where you will be asked to support on exhibitions and events throughout the UK.

You will also be expected to provide administrative support for the wider team during busy periods. This includes data management & analysis, scheduling client meetings, booking visits, making and taking calls, developing customer relationships and answering customer queries.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisation skills, be able to work well as part of a team and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
