Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join a well-established, family run business, based in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and contribute to the success of the company. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and execute marketing strategies across various channels.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Key responsibilities:
- Create engaging and informative content for online platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters and social media channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Own frequency & reach campaign calendar, from data-driven audience segmentation, content creation, management of broadcasts and ongoing ROI.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to identify industry trends and target audience.
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of marketing events and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role or internship in marketing or digital communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with Adobe suite essential
- Graphic Design experience desirable
