Marketing/Production Assistant

Highpoint Recruitment are working as sole providers for all operational support roles for Farnborough International Air Show 2024.

This role requires initiative, flexibility and common sense. The main responsibility in the role will be to learn, manage and monitor the livestream feed and website platform, liaising with the production and marketing team to ensure a consistent delivery.

Additionally, the role will be required to support in the provision of marketing support via the cataloguing of photography, general communications support and general 'runner’ duties.

The key functions for the Marketing/Production Assistantare:

• Monitoring and management of the livestream feed
• Liaising with production and marketing teams to manage feed
• Updating website with relevant information surrounding the feed
• Cataloguing and tagging photography
• Updating website content
• General support to the FIL and ADS Communications team

The Marketing/Production Assistantshould have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Confident in daily liaison with media personnel, picture desks etc
• Preferably a Degree or be studying a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Media, Film Production

Hours:

37.5 hours first week, 37.5 hours Validation week, 13 hours weekend before show, 42.5 hours show week.

Additional days-

Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July

All applicants must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract, 8th July - 26th July. There will be a requirement to work additional hours and weekends, at least during air show weeks.
