Marketing Assistant

Our client has already created a residential development pipeline worth over £2 billion. They are also one of the capitals leading residential developers and looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant on a temporary basis to join their successful and expanding team.

The position:

Reporting into a Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing team that consists of 2 x Marketing Executives, 1 x Marketing Coordinator and 1 x Marketing Assistant. Based in North West London you must be prepared to be office based from Monday to Friday. Day to day duties will include providing administration support to the existing marketing team, assist with raising purchase orders, overseeing portal listings and ordering relevant office marketing stationary. Other duties will include assisting with the creation and deployment of marketing strategies along with effective communication with all departments with marketing initiatives and targets.

The candidate:

The selected candidate will have a proven background working within an office environment overseeing basic administration duties. They will ideally come from a marketing background, having worked with a property developer or principal contractor (desirable, not essential)

Experience & Qualifications:

• Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
