Responsibilities of Marketing Assistant:
- Assist in implementing marketing plans
- Manage website content
- Create and publish social media posts
- Update and manage printed materials
- Support event management
- Handle company-branded merchandise
- Assist in PR coverage monitoring and reporting
- Update intranet content
- Support team meetings and inquiries handling
- Assist in invoice processing and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Requirements of Marketing Assistant:
- Strong GCSE and A' level results, English A' level preferred
- Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Canva, CMS, or email marketing platforms is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
