Our client is recruiting a Marketing Associate in London to support their EMEA business.
This position reports to the Director, EMEA Marketing and will involve working closely with members of the global marketing team in America and business stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative campaigns and experiences for clients.
As a fast-paced international operation, where no two days are the same, the role requires an individual able to immerse themselves quickly in our business, flex their approach for different stakeholders and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned to the needs of the business.
The role will positively contribute to the growth and success of our business in EMEA by spearheading our regional events programme and coordinating impactful marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation. In addition, this role requires keeping internal stakeholders and wider teams abreast of marketing activities and deliverables.
We are looking for someone with a passion for creativity, problem-solving and excellence. This role provides an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business and be part of something truly exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management:

  • Coordinate the planning and organisation of flagship EMEA events and memberships, optimising our presence at conferences, networking events, webinars, and our proprietary business forums to maximise impact and engagement.
  • Ensure timely and effective promotion pre-, during, and post-event to extend reach and exposure.

Campaign Management:

  • Aid in the planning, execution, and scheduling of integrated digital marketing campaigns, leveraging automation where applicable, across web, email, social, and paid advertising.
  • Create, refine and optimise marketing content for events and campaigns in partnership with the global marketing team ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders in the generation and nurturing of leads through the scheduling of regular and targeted campaigns and activities, including events, email, SEO, and paid and organic media.
  • Accurately capture and maintain relevant EMEA CRM marketing data within the marketing technology stack.

Data Analysis:

  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of marketing performance data for campaigns and events using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimisation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Event Marketing: Proficient in event marketing strategies, including event design, planning, and execution, with a keen focus on creating end-to-end experiences that resonate with attendees and drive desired outcomes.
  • Digital Marketing: Ideally some previous experience using web and social content management and analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritise tasks, liaise with stakeholders, and closely collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical Focus: Proficient in analysing data including capturing attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and other event and campaign-related data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Due to the complexity of our business we need an individual able to understand and ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of their role.
  • Team Collaboration and Adaptability: Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving event needs and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in event marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, demonstrating an eagerness to stay abreast of industry advancements and incorporate innovative event design and follow-up strategies.
  • Professionalism and Flexibility: Maintain a highly professional, flexible approach to navigate unexpected challenges effectively.

Experience and Education:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a multinational or global professional services organisation.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms including WordPress, Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media management tools.
  • Experienced with MS Office solutions, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to support marketing initiatives effectively.
