Marketing Associate

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside one of Northern Ireland’s largest Insurance organisations based in Belfast to recruit an ambitious & creative Marketing professional to join their team and support the marketing department.

Within your role as a Marketing Associate, you will assist with:

• The planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing and PR campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Copywriting for print and digital communications both internal and external, maintaining brand standards across all channels.
• Creating high quality, visually appealing, engaging content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedln.
• The planning, delivery and evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
• The planning, delivery and evaluation of sponsorship activation plans
• The planning, delivery and evaluation of events calendar.
• The creation and distribution of marketing material.
• Maintaining and establishing relationships with external partners.
• Providing support to the Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing team.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related field.
• A minimum of I years' experience working within a Marketing or PR role.
• Working experience utilising social media platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisation skills with an ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Flair for innovative thinking, ability to establish new processes and fresh ideas.
• Ability to work within a team and to collaborate with various key stakeholders.
