Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for a full time permanent Marketing Brand Manager, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a minimum of 4 days office based work in Batley.

They are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Brand Manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategies and strive under tight deadlines to meet the business’ changing needs.
Objectives of the role
· Establish brand positioning, identify and understand target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
· Lead the execution of marketing plans and assets from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
· Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
· Working closely with the Analytics Manager/team, conduct and maintain analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights to inform future campaign development and market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations.
Responsibilities
· Help develop creative briefs and guide creative brand direction to meet objectives for all advertising and communications, including off-line, print, digital, and video assets.
· Conceptualise and execute multichannel campaigns across the emerging and core needs customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
· Work to strict budget management, document business processes, and provide team and wider stakeholder support.
· Gather customer and market insights to inform strategy, increase customer conversion, and generate leads and footfall to our 55 showrooms and national home visit service.
· Work closely with the Analytics Manager/team and third-party agencies to identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
· Work closely and collaboratively with the product innovation team to bring to life new product & fabric launches.
· Collaborate and support the Retail Marketing Manager in developing assets and informational touch points to enhance the retail experience, both from an internal and external perspective.
· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Preferred skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing (preferred), business, or related field.
· Well versed in both above and below the line marketing.
· 5 to 7 years marketing experience in a similar category
