SalaryWe're thrilled to partner with a prestigious international law firm to assist in hiring an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional for their Paris office. This role offers a dynamic environment, working closely with the European Business Development Manager and the firm's partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, deliver, analyse, report, and follow up on various targeted events, including seminars, webinars, workshops, receptions, third-party speaking engagements, and other client hospitality, from brief stage to live event.
- Project Management: Oversee the Directory submissions and awards process for the European offices.
- Marketing Collateral: Support the creation and management of all marketing materials for Europe.
- Content Creation: Draft initial documents and assist in developing specific content for pitch and credential documents.
- PR Coordination: Collaborate with the BD Manager, European partners, and the PR team to coordinate PR activities.
- Digital Media: Assist the BD Manager and marketing communications team in delivering social and other digital media initiatives.
About You:
- Experience: You have at least two years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German would be an added advantage.
- Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work Authorization: You have the full right to work in France.
