The ability to communicate effectively using email and in online meetings. Experience in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.The ability to work independently from home as required. The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.The capacity to adapt to changing priorities. , Experience in a customer service role, speaking to clients by email and via video. Experience of presenting to clients via zoom or hosting online webinars and events.
