We have a brand-new Marketing Communications role in a friendly and supportive team in a global family-owned fintech business.

This is a varied role which will touch on both internal and external communications. From events to content creation and campaigns, you’ll be involved in projects working across every comms channel.

This is a hybrid Marketing role, with the ability to split your week between work and home.
The role
You’ll play a key role in how the Marketing team interacts with the wider business and will work closely with the sales teams to add value to their commercial activity. You’ll build strong working relationships with your colleagues to truly understand what they do. Then, transform this insight into case studies, and showcase their expertise through external campaigns.
You’ll meet with sales teams on a regular basis to keep up to date with their commercial plans and find ways to add value; from helping them prepare for events, to creating marketing materials and advising them on product messaging.
The internal communications aspect of the role will see you work on projects to increase employee engagement. From sending out weekly news bulletins, to organising activities to promote team working and enhance the culture.
What you’ll need
- A minimum of two years’ experience in B2B Marketing. If you’ve worked in Fintech previously, then all the better.
- You’ll be highly creative with strong copywriting skills.
- You’ll have excellent team working skills and able to collaborate with others.
- You’ll be proactive with a flexible approach to work and happy to adapt to changing priorities when needed.
- You’ll be able to work from their Edinburgh office a couple of times per week.
