We are currently working with an independent, London based retail brand well versed in the world of sustainability, with awards to prove it. Their beautiful collection of modern furniture is designed to be sustainable and timeless. The company have three showrooms across London. You would be joining a small team who are passionate about creating the finest furniture and who have won many awards, including the Guardian Sustainable Business award.
I am looking for a Marketing coordinator to create & coordinate marketing activities and generate sales leads for the company. Crafting and developing engaging digital content and creating & participating in video. Leading social media strategies to boost visibility and client engagement and ultimately drive traffic to the website to generate sales. You will have previous experience in content marketing and a good understanding of digital cultures, SEO, analytics. You will become a visible champion of our brand - a love of interiors is helpful.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience. You will be creative, inquisitive, and comfortable in front of and behind the camera. You will have a strong understanding of digital cultures and applications and have excellent writing skills. You will work in the office and showrooms with senior members of the company, and you will be able to have direct impact on the brand. The role will be offering a competitive salary up to £30,000 plus a discretionary bonus of £2,000. The office hours will be Monday- Friday 10am-6pm
General duties
- Develop a connected marketing strategy for brand with director- socials, website, showroom.
- Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram etc.
- Videography and editing for social media channels, website.
- Plan content/delivery and use tools like Buffer/Hootsuite to manage multiple channels.
- Develop and manage competitions and campaigns to promote brand.
- Collaborate with digital marketing company - write engaging articles for website, etc.
- Regularly liaise with staff so they can help facilitate the content and videos needed.
- Performance reporting and analytics shared weekly with digital team.
- Setting KPIs with director & digital team
- Support and deliver seasonal / promotional projects.
Showroom/warehouse specifics
- Videography – social media content: product highlights, BTS, demos
- Creating artwork for window graphics
- Creating ex display videos – demos
- Creating google sheet pricelists.
- Shop signage – helping with new designs.
- Creating postcards, swatch sleeves, stationery
Digital/Website specifics
- Creating and designing database emails
- Creating visual assets for website (homepage slides, etc.)
- Creating assets for digital campaigns.
- Google analytics
- Copy writing – products.
Social Media specifics
- Identify potential customers, create content and deliver posts that nobody will want to ignore.
- Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics and Word press Analytics.
- Manage & facilitate social media communities - respond to posts and develop discussions.
- Instagram: shopping, posting, live, engagement with interior designers.
- Pinterest: creating & updating.
- TikTok: create identity, post, engage.
- Facebook/Meta: posting, collating ad leads from digital company.
- Linked In: create profile.
