The Role:
As the Marketing Director, you’ll lead a team of marketing experts. Your key responsibilities will include developing, and driving the omni-channel marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals and managing delivery.
As part of this exciting role, you will take ownership of key programs from the planning stage through to execution and review and support the development of the Marketing Tech for enhanced customer engagement.
Working closely with the sales team to support marketing delivery, you will ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines. This role will be the senior marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders, so we are looking for first class communication skills to develop strong relationships.
You will also be required to present performance reports with insightful analysis and improvement opportunities.

• In-depth knowledge of the full marketing mix and associated channels.
• Expertise in managing complex marketing programs, including project and workload planning.
• Proven stakeholder management and good influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of campaign evaluation, measurement methodologies, attribution modeling, and analytics/insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams with diverse skill sets.
