Marketing & Events Executive

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity which requires a marketing executive to strengthen the team of 3 and support clients within a sporting setting.
Role
To be a key member of the marketing team supporting with marketing activities in order to maintain and enhance the brands. This role has an increased focus on digital marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with sporting teams to create and deliver content for the marketing plan working on digital activities, social media, website, and e-marketing activities.
* Work with the media team to manage the social media channels
* Deal with sensitive news in a confidential and timely manner
* Create content for the online channels to help promote events, networking and community engagement in both written and video format.
* Work alongside Graphic Designer to deliver original and engaging artwork.
* Editing and writing content for monthly magazines
* Supporting the team to promote and enhance relationships with the sporting partners including writing partner stories and organising partner media opportunities
* Attending external events to promote a variety of sporting events
Desirable skills and experience (not all essential)
* Experience in a marketing working on digital marketing, content creation and implementation.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with media.
* Excellent organisation skills
The role will suit a highly organised person, who can juggle numerous tasks while having the ability to prioritise workload when other projects come in that need quick attention
