Digital Marketing Executive (EMEA)

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our B2B EMEA Marketing team in a highly competitive EdTech industry.
You will join a dynamic team looking to make sure our products are first and foremost in the hearts and minds of educators across EMEA. This includes marketing our world-class online programs used in schools, covering mathematics, reading, writing and assessment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in achieving our strategic goals of driving growth and retention across the EMEA region.
This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute regional digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and trial subscriptions to meet our targets with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Optimise campaign performance across all stages of the marketing funnel (awareness to conversion).
- Analyse campaign results and identify areas for improvement presented through reports.
- Liaise with and brief designers, PR, and other marketing partners.
Marketing Research and Penetration:
- Research and keep up to date on industry standards, competitors and the EdTech landscape to inform and adapt our strategies
- Regionalise global marketing materials for the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Explore new market opportunities and propose new initiatives.
Requirements:
We are looking for an optimistic go-getter who is a highly motivated and organised individual. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B context
- Marketing degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong copywriting and reporting skills
- Knowledge of marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms)
- Experience with digital campaign development (email, SEM, social media)
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Takes initiative and ownership of projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for education and marketing
