Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions. Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximise open rates and click-through rates. Manage and optimise LinkedIn presence to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful connections with industry professionals and potential customers. Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email, to attract and engage our target audience. Collaborate with internal teams to understand product/service features, benefits, and value propositions, and translate them into compelling content. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and marketing objectives. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Gather and analyse data to gain insights into target audience behaviour, needs, and pain points. Use market research findings to inform marketing strategies, campaign development, and content creation efforts.
About You: Creative thinker with enthusiasm to bring fresh ideas and implement the overall marketing strategy. Email marketing experience (ideally HubSpot) including database segmentation A/B testing. Content creation for use across multiple platforms including web, social, email. Social media management (mostly LinkedIn) Ability to analyse campaign performance and report to senior leadership. Experience with SEO and PPC would be a bonus!
