JOB TITLE:Marketing Executive
SALARY: £28,000 - £29,800
LOCATION:Bristol
HOURS:Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Bristol Harbourside office.
About this opportunity
As part of the Chief Customer Office, the Transport team leads the interface into the business and plays the co-ordinating role in setting and delivering against priorities based on customer and business insight.
The Transport team, within the Consumer Lending Engagement Squad, is looking for someone with a passion for getting things right for our customers, who understands what great communications look like and has a collaborative and can-do focus to ensure we deliver outstanding comms day in, day out. Our communications play a meaningful role in our customers’ everyday lives, helping them to make the right financial decisions as well as ensuring the Group meets its regulatory obligations.
Working across our brands within the LBG portfolio, you'll support the development and delivery of 121 marketing activity for our Online Car Finance products. You'll work with a number of teams (e.g. Customer Interactions, business units, Consumer Finance Platform, our internal creative agency: Beehive and our email platform provider) in order to deliver best in class conversion marketing.

You'll be involved with the following activities:
  • Assisting on the delivery of marketing communications across channels such as Email, Social, Digital, Branch and SMS.
  • Working collaboratively with the LBG creative agency partners and internal colleagues
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing communications that follow the financial promotions framework for Lloyds Banking Group
  • Supporting and developing the delivery of presentations in order to make recommendations and optimisations to activity as required

What you'll need
  • Keen to learn about Retail and Consumer marketing communications and delivering them across channels - predominately Email and Internet Banking placements
  • Communication and storytelling skills, able to express your point of view, ideas, and solutions clearly and convincingly to partners.
  • Thinks customer and has the ability to try and support customers’ needs
  • An eye for detail and likes to work in a creative environment
  • Collaborative and a great teammate
  • Organised and a self-starter
  • A continuous improvement mind-set
