Marketing Executive

A removals company based in Welwyn Garden City are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive on a Part Time basis.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in social media, LinkedIn, SEO and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
* 3 years minimum experience B2B and B2C
* Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools
* Confident in all MS Office programmes and be able to demonstrate experience in measuring performance
Duties
(LinkedIn Marketing)
* Assist in the development and execution of LinkedIn strategies
* Create and curate engaging content to increase brand visibility, audience engagement and follower growth.
* Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including profile optimisation, content creation and audience engagement strategies.
* Utilise LinkedIn as a platform for thought leadership, networking and lead generation initiatives.
* Analyse LinkedIn performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and optimise results.
(SEO (Search Engine Optimisation))
* Assist in the implementation of SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
* Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with SEO goals.
* Monitor and analyse website traffic, search rankings, and other SEO metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
(Marketing Campaigns)
* Support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media and digital advertising.
* Coordinate campaign logistics, including content creation, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
* Assist in the development of campaign messaging, creative assets and landing pages to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
(Event Support & Sales Material)
* Collaborate with the events team to support the planning and execution of marketing and logistics events, including networking events, conferences, webinars and virtual events. administrative work as and when required.
* Contribute to the development of event marketing materials, promotions and post-event follow-up initiatives
* Assist in creating and editing proposals, presentations
* Support the sales team
* Analyse and report on the impact of marketing activities, evaluating progress and suggesting improvements against targets and budgets.
* Work with the Sales Director to ensure consistent visual representation of the brand identity, personality and tone of voice including all content, marketing materials, advertising, socials, imagery, events, partnerships, etc
Additional Info
* 3 days per week (consecutive days rather than spilt)
* 22.5 hours per week (9am – 17:30)
* 25 days leave plus standard bank holidays pro-rata
* Salary is depending on experience £30k - £35k pro-rata
