The role with involve working alongside the marking and business development manager to help the business grow.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy marketing/ business development role, experience within legal would be desirable but not essential.
Duties will include:
- Helping the Marketing and Business Development Manager to maintain a network of contacts relevant to the organisation.
- Helping to identify more effective marketing strategies.
- Assisting with and attending networking meetings and exhibition events.
- Promoting the organisation and brand.
- Helping to research and analyse market trends.
- Assisting the Marketing and Business Development Manager to deploy successful marketing campaigns - implementation from ideation to execution.
- Draft valuable and engaging content for various channels.
- Heling the Marketing and Business Development Manager to work closely with HR to help develop the internal and external ‘Employer Brand’ to aid staff retention and attraction.
- Assisting the Marketing and Business Development Manager to manage retained PR and other agencies to create and publish appropriate content to market the firm and its services across the North East.
- Posting of blogs, news and updating site content
- Updating job advertisements for HR
- Responding to and forwarding on website contact enquiries
- Preparing content for sign off and scheduling signed off, appropriate daily content across platforms to help market the business and its services.
- Coordinate all external events.
- Arrange referrer meetings.
- Coordinate attendees at external events and networking meetings.
