Marketing Executive
Working for a professional body that has been around for over 100 years with 18,000 members in over 100 countries you will be joining a marketing team of 6 as their new Marketing Executive.
As the Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies. You will also be responsible for attracting new members, retaining current ones, enhancing the organization's visibility and reputation in the quality profession, and drawing participants to various events and training sessions.
This is a hybrid role based in central London. Office days can vary from 2-4 days a month.
Key responsibilities :
Social Media: Managing the Foundation's social media content calendar, crafting and scheduling consistent content, aligning with their content plans, and adhering to the overall marketing strategy.
Communications and Campaigns: Develop diverse e-newsletters and execute additional email marketing and campaigns to acquire and retain members.
Events: Present as an ambassador, Representing the organization internally and externally for virtual and in-person events. Perform any other tasks aligned with the business needs as directed by the Digital Marketing Manager.
Marketing: Collaborate closely with all Marketing colleagues, to facilitate the cross-promotion of projects and offer additional support and coverage as necessary.
CRM and CMS: Utilize the membership database extensively to monitor recruitment and retention metrics and analyse data for effective campaign planning. Ensure targeted and GDPR-compliant data capture for prospects.
Reporting: Evaluate the efficiency of all campaign activities by tracking and reporting against KPIs as well as suggesting new ideas to implement measures to enhance performance based on the assessment.
Requirements :
- B2B & B2C Campaign management experience
- Multi-channel marketing knowledge including experience in digital campaigns, brand management, events and print
- Proven experience in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Global marketing experience (plus)
- Proven track record in delivering multi-faceted mar/comms campaigns, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
