Marketing Executive

Fixed term contract for 9-12 months

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive individual with an interest in new homes sales to join us as a Marketing Executive. Reporting to one of our Marketing Managers, help ensure our new homes sales brand, digital development and new homes campaigns reflect the quality new homes we are delivering to maximise selling opportunities for developments off-plan.
You will deliver digital and marketing strategies that lead to the successful delivery of our Southern Housing New Homes brand and our development schemes, through quality data, increased brand visibility and enhancing our reputation.
The marketing team is re-shaping into two streams; new homes campaign marketing and digital and brand, with the former dedicated to our new build developments for sale or let working on media, customer buying journey, sales environment and collateral, and the latter having a stronger digital focus with social media channels management, website maintenance and improvement, CRM system support, brand marketing.
This is a hybrid position working out of our modern, vibrant office in Farringdon, combined with working from home. This a full-time role over a 35-hour week (5 days across Monday to Saturday), 7 hours per day. Weekends and evenings will be based on business need.
What you need
An understanding of marketing principles through digital & social media channels including implementing digital strategies, SEO and PPC. A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of marketing collateral Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues Excellent communication and negotiation skills The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets Proficient in using and managing CRM/CMS systems and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and the full MS Office Suite.
