Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
- Manage marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Copywriting to include social media and website updates
- Keeping up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends
- Undertake market research to develop leads for the wider business
- Attend and organise networking events to raise the business profile
Your skills and experience should include:
- Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with a senior leadership team
- Comfortable working as both part of a team and autonomously
- Degree educated with experience in a similar marketing role ideally with a CIM qualification
- Excellent copywriting experience
- An analytical approach to marketing stats and information
