Job Summary
We are looking for a placement student or recent post-graduate to fulfil a 12 month assignment for our Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health (RMMH) team as Marketing Intern.
The successful candidate will have key involvement in our on-going brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives as well as providing general support to our head office team.
Main Accountabilities
- Supporting the brand team in delivering marketing campaigns that will drive the business for reproductive medicine and maternal health portfolio
- Development of marketing collateral from initial concept through to design and approval. This might include development of leave pieces (leaflets) from concept through to printing and distribution and well as delivering digital marketing tactics.
- Create jobs and see them through the compliance process via Veeva Promomats (medical compliance software)
- Work closely with external suppliers and agencies to ensure that external expectations and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate stock inventory and manage/track materials levels with our warehouse distributors
- Supporting the sales force with briefing and responding to a variety of requests, such as sending out training materials
- Support the Divisional Administrator with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
- Track performance through KPI’s and dashboards and if not on track then implement actions to course correct
- Work with the cross functional team to support on internal and external activities, projects and meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently studying for or soon to achieve a university degree in life sciences or marketing
