As our Marketing Manager, you'll be a key part in our success story. With the support of the Marketing Director you'll craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that captivate audiences, elevate our brand presence, and propel us to the forefront of the market.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing (DoM), the Marketing Manager - will work to drive marketing activity to support Unity5's strategic objectives. The role will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing strategies to generate and nurture leads, contributing to Unity5's overall marketing plan and supporting members of the Marketing Team.
Accountabilities, responsibilities & main duties:
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop and execute strategies to identify and engage prospects and clients at various stages of the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and optimise the lead-to-customer conversion process.
- Plan, implement, and manage growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Digital, Social, Advertising, Direct, Events, Sponsorships, and Content Marketing.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation for demand generation campaigns and monitor profitability dynamics.
- Plan and execute ABM strategies to target specific accounts, including a mix of tools and tactics.
- Support members of the marketing team including the Marketing Assistant and Executive to grow within their roles.
- To work with the Marketing Director to execute the marketing strategy and plan.
Marketing Technology and Data:
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance marketing and sales revenue operations, managing technical aspects of the marketing tech stack.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HubSpot, overseeing its administration and providing support to internal stakeholders. And be prepared to attend training and workshops about HubSpot and its uses.
- Optimise cross-functional team alignment to improve workflows and information management, particularly between the Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Maintain CRM data quality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
