Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at London Clinic Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

The best bit? You get to write your own ticket and make as much as you want. We will pay a bonus on top of the basic per new patient you bring into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support business goals and objectives.
• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Manage the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, videos, and graphics.
• Oversee and develop digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaign execution and results.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience in MSK based healthcare is a plus.
