Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Uncommon Heroes, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. Your expertise in digital marketing, along with a creative and analytical approach, will be crucial in elevating our brand’s presence in the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients through digital marketing and events.
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog, existing customers, and prospects that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within a marketing agency environment.
• Solid knowledge of SEO & PPC.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing creative content that resonates with audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
