We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Newport. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of our innovative medical devices.
About You:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in the medical device industry.
- Deep understanding of the medical device regulatory landscape (FDA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience developing and managing comprehensive marketing plans, including market research, branding, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, regulatory).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics and data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the marketing budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and presentations.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Develop and foster relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
