Main Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager
- Oversee the agency's marketing strategy and campaigns (including outbound) for the UK and US markets, leading the team to deliver effective results.
- Coordinate thought leadership content with in-house writers and a PR agency to support growth objectives across markets.
- Develop and manage case study content for presentations and the website.
- Maintain and update the company website content.
- Implement SEO and paid media strategies (mainly SEM and LinkedIn) to drive website traffic and conversions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven success in marketing management, particularly in B2B marketing, generating MQLs, and supporting Sales/Business Development teams.
- Experience collaborating with industry partners and vendors to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across UK and US offices.
- Strategic and creative thinker.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and Digital Technology.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, and Adobe is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
