Key Responsibilities:
Project Ideation: Support Marketing Services colleagues and business development teams in scoping projects that will best address client needs, understand the variety of tools and approaches Mastercard Advisors have.
Project Execution: Independently execute marketing projects and campaigns. Project types include, but are not limited to: marketing strategy, product launch, customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns, events, etc... Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure effective coordination of resources to meet project objectives – internal and third party.
Client Value Delivery: Focus on delivering value to clients through applying our products/services/tools and effective project management, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting their specific business needs and challenges.
Internal Processes and Documentation to Support Project Delivery: Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed diligently: project forecasting, time tracking/utilization, sourcing, invoicing, vendor management. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
Reporting and Analytics: Identify and leverage relevant data to generate insights. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Digital Marketing Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the financial services industry, and apply them to enhance project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Marketing Experience: 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry or consulting firms.
Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
Financial Services Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services products, industry trends, and regulatory environment to effectively cater to clients' specific needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Able to use advanced analytics tools and techniques to generate actionable insights, measure campaign performance.
Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, CRM, and data-driven implementation, with experience in executing successful digital campaigns.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes. Demonstrates knowledge on vendor management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Coupa, and other Project Management platforms).
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English
