As the Marketing Manager specialising in Digital SEO, SEM, and e-commerce, with a focus on small team management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing strategies and leading their talented team to success. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in SEO, SEM, and e-commerce to drive online visibility, engagement, and revenue growth while nurturing and developing the skills of the marketing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Strategy to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and e-commerce channels.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and excellence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, enhance website visibility, and drive qualified traffic.
Manage SEM campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, monitor performance metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
Drive e-commerce initiatives, including website optimisation, conversion rate optimization, and user experience enhancements, to maximize online sales and revenue.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
I am looking for the right Candidate to have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and e-commerce strategies.
Experience managing and leading small teams, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and experience with SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
