Marketing Manager – Events Venue/Attraction – London

The Role:
This newly established position involves supervising the day-to-day marketing activities for the Live Events and Attractions division, with the primary aim of enhancing brand presence, captivating consumers, and increasing event participation.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and oversee the annual Marketing Plan to drive commercial revenues for new projects, attractions and the live events division.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue generation.
• Create B2B Marketing assets to support business development, pitches, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for aligned and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data from the agency’s’ visitor research program to enhance new project and event experiences.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost event awareness and attendance.
• Manage targeted annual campaign plan within budget, including digital channels and PR campaigns.
• Oversee new project brand launch and ensure consistent execution across all marketing activities.
• Provide marketing account management to Event Organisers and develop support packages.
• Collaborate with external ticketing partners for platform launch, annual marketing plans, and revenue reporting.

 
Requirements:
 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a consumer-facing or integrated marketing role within the Events sector.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns driving performance and business results.
• Familiarity with visitor attraction or event marketing, including ticket sales and revenue generation.
• Experience in dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing platforms such as Web CMS, Email Platforms, CRM, Social Media, and data management.
