Role Overview:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies in collaboration with our trusted digital marketing agency partner. Your expertise in lead generation, brand recognition, and proficiency (understanding) in WordPress will be instrumental in driving our business forward. Whether it's through innovative campaigns, strategic initiatives, or managing our WordPress-based website, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of two marketing executives, guiding them to excel in lead generation and brand recognition efforts.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in partnership with the external digital marketing agency, leveraging WordPress to enhance our online presence.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, optimizing them to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
• Utilize WordPress to manage and update our website, ensuring it remains engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the agency and your team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for lead generation and brand enhancement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, leveraging your WordPress skills to reinforce our online presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong track record of generating leads and increasing brand recognition, preferably in an international setting.
