Our client is a well-established market leader with ambitious plans to grow into new markets. We are on the hunt for an established and successful Marketing Manager to devise and implement an innovative marketing plan to support this growth.
In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting and executing winning marketing campaigns that will:
Boost brand awareness and generate leads Drive traffic and conversions across all channels Nurture relationships with customers and build brand loyalty Stay ahead of the curve with the latest marketing trends and technologies You will report to the CEO and lead and inspire a talented team to achieve growth and to be successful in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading a team This will have been achieved in a B2B environment and ideally you will have experience of manufacturing. Expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, email, events, etc.) Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for marketing and a genuine desire to make a difference On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ideas will be heard and valued.
