As the Marketing Operations Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving awareness of LHC's extensive range of activities across United Kingdom. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in executing key strategic projects and day-to-day activities to propel our business forward.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinating all group marketing initiatives and strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitoring and analysing marketing key performance indicators to optimise performance and drive business growth.
• Designing and implementing effective processes and workflows to adapt to changing business conditions.
• Leading CRM projects and data management initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Managing the budget for the group marketing function in partnership with the finance department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Overseeing the operational delivery of key group marketing projects, including events and campaigns.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including regional business units and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including member organisations, appointed companies, media publications, and agencies.

What You Need to Know:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing Operations role, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Dynamics, to manage customer data and facilitate targeted marketing campaigns.
• Experience in budget management, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on marketing expenditures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• A positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the marketing function.
• A relevant degree, diploma, or previous experience in accounting or data-related roles, along with a digital marketing qualification (desirable).
• A strong team ethic, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence internal colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

• Basic salary on SO1 starting at £37,000 (inc LW).
