Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a promising and eager Operations Assistant to join one of our Global Law Firm clients on a permanent basis at their central London office. Our client, who specialise in compliance and corporate law, are looking for the ideal candidate to come and work very closely with the firms Office Manager.
The general duties of the Operations Assistant will include:
Answering telephone calls.Delivering post.Managing office supplies.Assisting with office moves.Helping maintain office equipment.Being knowledgeable on the firms' Health & Safety procedures.Calendar management.Adhoc administration tasks when required.The ideal candidate would preferably have previous experience in either operations, office services or facilities. Prior Law Firm or professional services experience is essential.
