```Duties```
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their understanding of concepts and develop effective study strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' learning goals
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children, preferably in a tutoring or teaching role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of various tutoring techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
