Responsible for managing repairs and spares orders in the blowers department.
MAIN DUTIES OF JOB:
- Compiling strip and report documentation, including but not limited to job sheets, drawings, material safety data sheets.
- Communicating to the client the root cause analysis and a quotation of works required.
- Compilation of picklists and BOMs for repair orders using the Access ERP System.
- Procurement of castings, mechanical seals and other technical parts on behalf for spares and repairs orders.
- Monitor component stock and place material orders to ensure production activities keep flowing.
- Compiling blower build and test documentation and issuing to the production team, including internal data sheets, material specifications, component specifications, manuals, ITPs.
- Compilation and issue of despatch information.
- Reporting job status, progress, issues, and other operational updates to management.
- Provide technical support for After-Sales Coordinator regarding any queries and client concerns.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the Blowers Team for managing after sales service.
