Purpose: Provide high-quality scientific and Medical Information services for both internal and external customers on AstraZeneca's product range, supporting safe and informed product use and aligning with sales and medical strategies.
Responsibilities: Deliver second-line technical and scientific information to external customers, maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on therapy areas and competitor landscapes. Support Medical Information projects, provide insights to brand teams, and assist in product knowledge improvement for sales teams.
Requirements: Life science degree or equivalent, experience in Medical Information and the pharmaceutical industry, proficiency in customer interactions and pharmacovigilance. Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate degree, product/therapy area knowledge, and experience in medical writing and project management.
Compliance: Adhere to procedural documents, legislation, and codes, ensuring compliance with GVP requirements and local QMS SOPs, and participating in audits and inspections.
