Medical Needs Assistant Administrator
Salary Grade: Support Scale 6 - Points 18 to 20
Salary Range FTE: £32,925 - £33,957 to be pro rata to actual £31,152 - £32,128.
Contract: Permanent, full time, 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year ( term time only )
Working Hours: 8:15 am - 3.15 pm
Start date: ASAP

Highgate Wood School is seeking to appoint a resourceful Medical Needs Assistant Administrator to maintain a calm, friendly and professional manner in our busy school environment. You will be under the direction of the school Facilities Manager and will be responsible for providing medical attention to our pupils and staff, implementing care plans and ensuring we meet medical requirements set for maintained schools.
The successful candidate will have:
• A good level of ICT competency, excellent communications skills, organised, and the ability to work flexibly
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Compassion, energy, dedication, and enthusiasm to make a difference to the school
• Knowledge of providing a dedicated medical service and overall management of the medical provision
